The Royal Marine with links to Exeter who's facing terrorism charges is due in court again today.
30 year old Ciaran Maxwell, who has a flat in Old Quarry Drive, is accused of storing bomb components, weapons and ammunition for use against targets in Northern Ireland.
He's also charged with researching terrrorism and bomb making techniques - along with a fraud-related charge and possession of cannabis.
