A Government minister's due to visit a local project aimed at preventing unnecessary hospital stays for older people today.
The Exminister-based charity Westbank was one of just eight in the UK to receive Cabinet Office funding for its initiative.
It involves volunteers supporting people in their homes so that they can leave hospital or avoid being admitted in the first place.
The minister for Civil Society Robert Wilson will see their work at first hand during his visit.
