Torrington incident involved just one vehicle
A 78-year-old Torrington man has died nearly three months after his car crashed in the town.
The gentleman, who hasn't been named by police, was driving his silver Mazda in South Street car park when it was involved in an incident on Friday 29 June at around 1.15 pm. No other vehicle was involved and police think no other people were involved either.
The injured man was taken to North Devon District Hospital and he died on Thursday 13 September.
The roads policing team at Barnstaple is investigating. If you witnesses the incident please call police on 101 and quote reference 494 from 29 June. Calls cost 15 pence.
