    MP says Chancellors plans 'will cause more misery'

    There's been a scathing response to the Chancellor's Autumn Statement from Exeter's Labour MP.


    George Osborne announced a shake-up of stamp duty, a freeze on fuel tax and a two per cent cap on business rate rises.

    But he also warned of further cuts to public spending.
