Neil Parish says grants will help get farmers back on their feet
Tiverton and Honiton's MP has welcomed the Government's offer of grants to help farmers hit by flooding.
Ten million pounds will be available, with applications opening at the end of this month.
Homeowners and businesses will also be helped.
