UPDATE: No longer suspicious
Police are investigating the circumstances surround the death of a woman in Plymouth.
Police and an ambulance were called to a property on Lipstone Crescent, in the city around 8:20 a.m. on Thursday following concerns for the welfare of someone who lived there.
A local woman, aged 37, was declared dead at the scene.
Formal identification has yet to have taken place but next of kin have been informed.
Police initially treated the death as unexplained, and took a man into custody. He's now been released.
Following investigation work at the scene and a post-mortem examination, the death is no longer considered suspicious; A file is to be prepared for the coroner.
Police have thanked the public for their patience and apologise for any inconvenience cause to the residents of Lipstone Crescent whilst scene investigation work took place.
