A ground breaking programme aimed at eradicating the potentially fatal hepatitis C virus, is being introduced in Devon.

It will involve staff at the drug and alcohol partnership RISE testing their users, instead of just advising them to go to a GP.
The Hepatitis C Trust believes the virus can be completely eliminated by 2030.
