Heavy rain is being expected across Devon on Saturday and Sunday as Storm Dylan arrives - and there are warnings that flooding could affect homes and businesses
The yellow weather warning has been issued by the Met Office from 6pm on Saturday to 9am on New Year’s Eve for heavy rain which could lead to flooding.
The rain is expected across much of southeast Wales, southwest England and parts of central and southern England from Saturday evening and overnight into Sunday morning.
Bus and train services will probably be affected along with spray and flooding on some roads making journey times longer. Flooding of a few homes and businesses is also possible.
