The farming minister has stopped short of confirming a badger cull in Devon - as he faced questions from the agriculture industry at the county show.
In his first public outing since the General Election, George Eustice used his speech at the CLA breakfast to reiterate the Government's commitment to boosting the productivity and economic contribution of the British farming industry, without making any specific policy commitments.
He said the badger cull in Gloucester and Somerset will continue but made no reference to starting one in Devon.
