Pensioner dies after multiple stabbing
A police cordon's in place around Hayes Road near Paignton Zoo after a man was stabbed to death in a property there on Monday night. Despite attempts to revive him, the 71 year-old died at Torbay Hospital.
Police are trying to establish what led to the pensioner receiving multiple stab wounds just before 11pm.
A 29 year-old homeless woman is in custody in Exeter on suspicion of murder.
House to house enquiries took place in Paignton through Tuesday.
