Funding's being offered for community projects in east Devon, by the District Council and Devon County Council.
The idea is that any town or parish can apply for the equivalent of one-pound-ten-pence for every person in their area.
Previous projects have included the creation of a footpath in Lympstone and kitchen improvements at Cranbrook community centre.
