Man exposed himself to woman
A flasher who exposed himself in broad daylight in Plymouth is being sought by police.
He reportedly approached a woman on Whin Bank Road, which leads on to Whitleigh Avenue, Plymouth, at around 10.20am on Saturday 23 December.
The man is described as white, in his mid-20s, around 5ft 10in tall with black hair and a thin dark moustache. He was wearing a black, long sleeved track suit top, with red on the sleeves and black tracksuit bottoms.
Police want anyone who witnessed the incident or have any information or dashcam footage that could help with enquiries, to contact them on 101 quoting reference number 50230331868.
