Police are appealing for information about an alleged indecent exposure incident
It happened in Kenton near Exeter last Sunday evening.
Two teenage boys, aged 15 and 16, were in woods near Slittercombe Lane when it's reported a man exposed himself.
A 46 year old has now been arrested and released on police bail.
Anyone with any information is asked to call police on the 101 number.
