Police have formally identified a local fisherman who died when his boat sank last week. 33-year old Shane Hooper from Teignmouth was on the trawler, JMT, when it went down five miles off the Eddystone Lighthouse.
The father-of-three was with fellow fisherman Mike Hill - his body has yet to be found.
