Dramatic video footage of police capturing a prolific offender as he tried to flee through Haldon Woods has been released by the force on to YouTube.
It was filmed from the police helicopter as it tracked the movements of a car which had failed to stop for officers.
Two suspects then got out and tried to escape through the woodland, but were caught by officers on the ground and police dogs.
