Police in Exeter are investigating several graffiti sprayings in Exeter, including obscene words on a building near Cathedral Green.
It appeared a few days ago near the entrance from South Street.
Tags have also appeared in Little Queen Street.
The fresh graffiti has been sprayed after a spate of arrests for suspected criminal damage, following similar incidents elsewhere.
A 19 year old man and three others in their 20s were detained in connection with graffiti at Sydenham House (pictured), and in Musgrave Row and St Martin's Lane.
