Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision near Seaton which involved a white van and a white Triumph motorcycle.
33 year old Richard Earnshaw from Honiton died in hospital following the incident at Heathfield Cross, near Colyton, at around 3.45pm on Sunday 11th June.
Anyone who has information about the incident should contact police.
Mr Earnshaw's family have paid tribute to him calling him "a kind and giving person who loved his friends and family unconditionally".
