A proposed housing development on the outskirts of Crediton has been described as 'urban sprawl' by a campaign group - who're fighting to stop it.
The plans for the Creedy Valley include 330 homes, a new building for Crediton rugby club, and possibly a new primary school.
The developers say a public information event was well-attended and many people supported the provision of housing.
But the Creedy Valley Protection Group is holding its own public meeting this evening - with a view to opposing the scheme.
