Exeter city council say they're working with police to tackle the problem of drug users' needles being discarded in parks and public spaces. Local residents are urged to be aware of the danger and if they see a needle, NOT to touch it, and to call Environmental Health. Two of the problem areas are Northernhay Gardens and Bury Meadow.
