The chief executive of Exeter City football club, Guy Wolfenden, has resigned less than a year after taking up the role.
It's the second resignation in two weeks - chairman Edward Chorlton stood down in July.
The club are currently the subject of a transfer embargo and have been unable to sign any new players this summer, after taking out a loan from the Professional Footballers' Association.
Vice-chairman Julian Tagg is currently in charge of the club.
