An elderly woman has suffered severe ‘life changing’ injuries after a collision involving a lorry on Exeter’s Topsham Road.
The accident happened at the pedestrian crossing between Burnthouse Lane and Countess Wear at about 1pm.
The road's been closed with diversions in place and there are are currently long delays.
