The NHS trust running community health services in Exeter and mid and east Devon has been given a vote of confidence by its staff.
A national survey of NHS staff was carried out, covering last year.
Employees at the local Trust reported good job satisfaction, team working, training, support and well-being at work.
The Trust scored higher than the national average for 82 out of 89 questions.
