Up to five hundred jobs look set to be created in east Devon by the supermarket firm Lidl.
It's planning to build a new 50 thousand square metre warehouse and distribution centre at Clyst Honiton, after buying a piece of land there in February.
The company hopes to get planning permission by the end of June and have the warehouse up and running by September next year.
