Divers to inspect infrastructure
Divers will inspect bridges and viaducts between Exeter and Barnstaple later before the rail line can reopen.
It was shut last week because of flooding, along with the Exeter to Okehamption route.
Bus replacement services can't always be provided because of what Network Rail says are poor road conditions.
