Nobody reportedly harmed
A large tree at Palace Gate, in Exeter, has collapsed onto two parked cars this afternoon (Thursday 5th August).
Catherine, who saw the incident, tweeted: "I’ve just witnessed this tree fall and collapse onto two cars at Palace Gate in Exeter, nobody harmed, but it’s blocking people’s exit!"
The road is currently blocked in both directions. Devon County Council has notified the Highways team.
