The family of one of the two Exmouth women killed in a coach crash earlier this month have released a tribute to her.
Relatives of 68 year old Carol Muldoon say their hearts are broken by the loss of their vivacious mother and grandmother, who made them laugh more than anyone else in the world.
She and 61 year old Margaret Luxton were killed when the coach crashed near Looe during a trip to Cornwall organised by Age Concern.
