Police appealed for help finding him 3 weeks ago.
Officers say 21 year old Haidyn Barnsby, of no fixed address, was arrested in Barnstaple yesterday (Sunday 6th October).
He has been charged with breach of a non-molestation order and is due to appear at Exeter Magistrates Court tomorrow (Tuesday 8th October).
