Man has serious injuries
Police are asking for witnesses to an early morning crash that closed a major Devon road for several hours and has left a driver in hospital with serious injuries.
A silver white car left the carriageway of the A30 at Pattersons Cross towards Daisymount, between Honiton and the turning for Ottery St Mary just after 5am. No other vehicles are believed to be involved. It took around 10 hours for the road to be fully reopened after police conducted a forensic investigation.
