Police are currently investigating a vicious assault which happened near Sharkham Point car park in Brixham on Tuesday 19 June.
The 52-year-old was assaulted in Sharkham Point Car park last night. A man and a woman approached her from behind, pushed her to the floor and threw a liquid at her.
An ambulance attended and treated the victim who has suffered visible but not serious injuries.
