Police called after youngsters seen unsupervised
Police were called around 11 am on Monday after two children were seen near Cowley Bridge, Exeter without adult supervision. They'd walked out of school, the Steiner Academy. It's thought the children are about six years old.
Social Services and a council education team are investigating.
