Argyle up. Torquay down. Chiefs out.

VIDEO: Round-up of weekend sport

Plymouth Arygle are celebrating. They're going back into the Championship for the first time in 13 years. And with one game to go, they could bust the 100-point mark for the season.

Exeter go into that final match on the back of six losses though and will end the campaign in the bottom half of the League One table. Many fans will feel disappointed after a promising start to the season, and will feel very disgruntled if the losing run continues at the final match when lowly Morecambe come to St James Park on Sunday.

It's worse at Torquay United. They're relegated into National League One South, along with Yeovil Town. There they will find Truro Town, who are coming up into that league.

In the rugby, good news if you're an Exeter Chiefs' fan. They have retained the Allianz Cup after beating Saracens at Sandy Park.

The men didn't have a good a time of it though. The European Champions Cup journey is over for another year, after the team went out after being thumped in the semi-final against La Rochelle.
