Charity warns of homeless people taking 'legal highs'

The use of so-called legal highs is causing serious problems among Exeter's homeless population, according to The Big Issue.

The charity working to give homeless people an income and stability says many are turning to the substances and suffering from mental health problems.

Team leader David Morgan says shops in the city have stopped selling the drugs, but they're still cheap and easy to get hold of elsewhere.
