That's if companies vote to pay a bit more on their business rates.
There's to be a vote at the beginning of Febraury for the city to have a Business Improvement District, also known as BID.
And the measures it would pay for have been published today - they include national advertising campaigns, better signage, cleaner streets, a Welcome Team to greet visitors, and a host of other ideas to boost trade.
Extra payments will be based on the ratable value of a organisation.
