Man to appear in front of magistrates shortly
Jason North from Plymouth is accused of a number of offences against the Wildlife and Countryside Act, including targetting Golden Eagles and Ospreys in Scotland and the Hobby, Peregrine Falcon and Little-Ringed Plover from nests on Dartmoor.
Mr North is due before Magistrates next month.
