Passengers trying to buy tickets from machines at Exeter Central station are facing frustration.
It's been reported that the machines won't sell tickets for some local destinations.
Crediton is one of those affected - and the issue is leading to lengthy queues at peak times.
GWR, which fines people who get on trains without a ticket, say they're waiting for the manufacturers to fix the problem.
