Exeter's Met Office forecasting persistent heavy rain on Tuesday and Wednesday

The Met Office has issued a further yellow weather warning for rain from 0600 tomorrow (Tuesday 26th November) right through until 3pm on Wednesday afternoon (Wednesday 27th November).
