An Exeter man's setting up a cycling group aimed at helping people who suffer from depression or anxiety.
20 year old Toby Oakes has those conditions himself and has found that going for bike rides lifts his mood and takes his mind off negative thoughts.
He's now set up Black Dog Rides, offering guided cycling sessions around Exeter.
He's created routes designed to be both invigorating, with hill climbs, and soothing, with gentle rides through parks and along the river.
Toby is now inviting people to join the group and enjoy the mental health benefits of cycling.
