A woman has a serious leg injury following a collision between a motorbike and a articulated lorry.
The 27-year-old woman was riding a black Mutt 125cc motorcycle when it was involved in the incident at the top of the southbound off-slip of the A38 at the junction with Dartbridge Road, at around 8.10 p.m. on Monday.
The driver of a white Volvo articulated goods vehicle, a 51-year-old man, wasn't hurt.
The road was closed for approximately three hours whilst officers conducted an examination of the scene.
Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, has any information or dashcam footage that could help with their enquiries.
