11-year's injuries could be life-changing
A child could have life-changing injuries after being hurt in a collision in Newton Abbot.
The 11-year-old boy was taken to Torbay District Hospital with a leg injury after being hir by a Skoda Yeti whilst walking in the town around 8 a.m. on Monday.
Queensway in Newton Abbot was closed for about an hour to allow for for the child to be treated and for the police to investigate and to arrange recovery of the vehicle.
Police are asking for witnesses to call 101 quoting log 107 of 10 October 2022.
