Maintenance work on Salmonpool swing bridge
Salmonpool Swingbridge - which crosses the Exeter Ship Canal - is closed for maintenance for much of Wednesday.
Vehicles, cycles and pedestrians can't use the bridge between until early afternoon whilst an inspection on the underside of the bridge and routine maintenance on the deck takes place.
The bridge, near Marsh Barton, links the industrial estate to a popular pub on the bank of the canal.
Diversions are in place for pedestrians and cyclists and the bridge will reopen as soon as the work is completed.
