As businesses face a huge hike in rates bills from this month, there is some good news for companies in Exeter and East Devon.
The new Exeter and East Devon Enterprise Zone, which includes four areas, has officially been launched this week.
It means that organisations in the city's Science Park, Skypark, Cranbrook Town Centre or the Airport Business Park can benefit from rates relief of up to £55,000 a year for up to five years.
