Two others treated for serious injuries
One person has been flown to Derriford, and two others transported to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital after a collision in North Bovey.
The incident happened at approximately 6:54pm on Tuesday 17 August on the B3212 at Watching Place in Batworthy.
Police officers local to the area as well as from the Alliance Roads Policing Team attending the scene. The road reopened after a full investigation was completed.
