Council leader unworried by UKIP gains

The leader of Devon County Council says he's not worried about the rise of UKIP at this year's local elections.

Labour took two seats in Exeter from the Lib Dems, giving them seven.

But leader John Hart doesn't think political affiliations matter so much when they're making local decisions.
