Police in Crediton are concerned that local teenagers are putting themselves at risk by taking Nitrous Oxide gas.
Groups are thought to be gathering on Friday and Saturday nights in woodland near the Lords Meadow Industrial Estate.
Police have found gas canisters, alcohol containers, bongs, and shotgun cartridges at the site.
