Ten appliances dealt with the incident at its peak
Fire crews have tackled a blaze at a village bakery and café in East Devon.
They were called to a three-story property in Rousden this morning, with ten appliances dealing with the incident at its peak.
In a statement, a fire service spokesman said: "The fire involved a 3-story property used as a bakery and garage workshop.
"The fire started in the workshop and crews have been cutting away the ground floor ceiling and extinguishing hotspots in the voids between the ground and first floors."
It has now been scaled back, though crews remain at the scene.
