An education programme for young people could be copied by Romanian police after officers from the force went to the country to advise officers there.
The Honest Truth programme brings officers together with the fire service, driving instructors and local authorities.
It aims to emphasise the risks and consequences of driving recklessly or under the influence of drink or drugs.
