Devon hardware stores to keep taking old £10 notes after 1st March

The new polymer ten pound was launched in September and the paper ones cease to be legal tender on 1st March.

It's estimated there are around 2-billion pounds worth of them still in circulation.

Chris Abbott who co-owns Abbotts hardware stores in Seaton and Ottery St Mary says they will continue to take the old one's for about a month after.
