A proposed new leisure and tourism destination in mid Devon has been boosted by the involvement of Cornwall's famous Eden Project.
The Westwood development at Junction 27 of the M5 could create more than three and a half thousand new jobs and the plans include a surf park, designer outlet village and West Country visitor centre.
Experts from the Eden Project have now agreed to join the Westwood team to create one of the greenest and most innovative facilities in the country.
It's possible that the Eden Project would also have a presence on the site - but no details have been released at this stage.
