Exeter has a Motability leader

Russell Lemon's tops for Motability advice

Mr Lemon doesn't suck! He's in top 10.

Meet Russell Lemon (pictured). He's one of the top Motability specialists in the country.

That means he can take care of people with disabilities when they need advice about how to get around.

Motability Operations, the company that operates the scheme that helps match wheelchair users in particular with affordable finance for vehicles - and that's owned by the country's four major banks - has just named Mr Lemon in its national top 10 of advisors, rewarding him with a bottle of something bubbly. The 57-year-old off-roading enthusiast from Exeter Nissan has now served more than a thousand Motability customers.

Peter Wilson, general manager of dealer relations at Motability Operations, added: “The focus of these awards is to thank our dealer partners for providing a consistently positive customer service experience, after all, they are often the first point of contact for our customers. It’s important for us to recognise our dealer partners who go above and beyond when representing the Motability Scheme and highlight those who are setting a great example of how to do it well, like Russell and South West Nissan Exeter.”

The Motability scheme enables qualifying customers to have a new car every three years, with insurance, servicing and maintenance, vehicle tax (where applicable), full RAC breakdown assistance, plus windows and windscreen repairs or replacement at no extra cost.
