Staff from Exeter RD&E hospital are protesting against plans to introduce regional pay scales this morning
A demonstration's taking place outside the hospital - and UNISON says it's collected more than fifteen hundred staff signatures on a local petition opposing the change from nationally-negotiated pay and conditions.
The hospital trust says the protest won't disrupt patient services.
A public meeting on the issue is also taking place this evening at Exeter Library - supported by local MP Ben Bradshaw.
